Perfect. I was looking through Victory Of Eagles and Empire Of Ivory, and I found several lines regarding the weight of a Regal Copper. First of all, we know that Maximus is bigger (or around the same size) as Requiescat. Second, we know from a battle that a Petit Chevalier is 7-8 Tonnes smaller than a Regal Copper. Third, the weight of a Petit Chevalier is given as around "some 18 tons". Finally, Requiescat comments that he was 26 Tons before the Dragon Plague.

We can use this to suggest that Maximus weighs around 26 Tons. This could be a result of his youth, as Sir Edward Howe's notes suggest that a Regal Copper generally weighs 30-50 Tons. I'll look further into this (and while I remember, Temeraire's weight is given as 18 Tons). Almaron 14:19, 7 September 2010 (PDT)
