the sheer nerve and temerity to refer to the Jiaqing Emperor as Jiaqing, as if it were his name!!!

Historical notes
Ideally, I'd like to maintain more of a separation between the information presented by NN and the extra historical background we're scooping up elsewhere-- NN never uses Mianmu's or Mianxin's names, so putting those in the main section might confuse people.
