Biography
Palta is a lightweight male incan dragon. He has less than 12 humen in his ayllu and his farm is near Quitalen. When Temeraire first meets him Palta is working on his field. He first thinks that Temeraire is Supay the incan god of the underworld because he has never seen a black, what he calls „burned“, dragon. His name means "avocado" or "excellent".
