Biography
Lung Shen Gai was a dragon similar to Lung Shen Li who was seen herding sea-serpents near Sydney Harbor. Temeraire was able to intercept Lung Shen Gai, on behalf of the colonists, so that they might discuss with the Chinese territorial and trade issues.
