Biography

The devious servant of Yongxing who repeatedly tried to kill Laurence aboard the H.M.S. Allegiance, but was thrown overboard in a storm.

Prior to his death, Feng Li had aroused a superstitious fear among the sailors that a ghost was haunting the ship. This fear was encouraged by Liu Bao, who suggested that the sightings of the ghost were due to one of the sailors acting in a dishonorable manner with a woman.
